Hello to all!
We celebrated Bhai Dooj on Friday. My family and I went to my aunt’s house, where my sister and I gave a ‘tika’ to our cousin brother and my aunt gave a ‘tika’ to my father. Our cousin brother’s name is Pratish. He’s so sweet that when we gave him a box of chocolates as a gift, he took it to his room and hid it in his cupboard because he suspected that his father would eat it as my uncle is a chocolate lover. My aunt showered us all with gifts, thinking about our likes and dislikes. She had made the right choice for everybody, After the ceremony, we had lunch and then, after chatting for a while, we went home. We enjoyed a lot that day and perhaps it was the best Bhai dooj ceremony I had ever attended, where the sisters got the oppurtunity to worship God for the long life of their brothers, and the brothers promised to protect their sister for their whole life.
