Hello once again!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! I would like to share how I spent my Christmas and New Year.
I had gone to Kolkata for my winter vacations. My aunt and my maternal grandfather live there. We go there every winter vacation and visit all our friend and relatives who live in Kolkata and we have a lot of fun. We boarded our flight to Kolkata on the 25th of December(which is Christmas!) Our aunt had planned a wonderful breakfast for us, which included my favourite item, plum cake. In the evening, we met some of our family friends and went to the mall. We played around ten rounds of Uno before we went off to sleep. We all just love that game!
On New Year’s Eve, I had long chats with my friends on how this year was and how the next one would be like. At exact 12:00 am, phones started ringing. My aunt, mother, father and I started getting calls from all our friends and relatives. After a brief conversation on the phone, with each of our friend, we wished each other a very Happy New Year. We went off to sleep after that. In the morning, as usual, my aunt planned a grand breakfast, again including my favourite, chocolate tart. The rest of the day was spent by meeting relatives.
I just hope this year goes well for me. I wish that for you all too.
